What are SMART goals, and how can they help you learn?
Have you ever made a goal for your English and found that you couldn't stick with it? With SMART goals, you can set goals that will keep you focused on the right stuff!
The SMART goal acronym:
SはSpecific（具体的）
MはMeasurable（測定可能）
AはAchievable（達成可能）
RはRelevant（関連性のある）
TはTime-bound（期限のある）
Benefits of this lesson:
- Determine your weak points and identify an area on which to focus
- I will walk you through the goal-setting progress using a custom spreadsheet
- Find a goal that is not too big, and not too small for you
- Set a due date by which you want to complete your goal
