こんにちは
私は、普段は個人で鍼灸マッサージ整骨院をやっております。
コロナ禍で外出自粛が続きストレスが溜まっている方が沢山いると思います。
私は、臨床心理士等の資格を持っているわけではないので、個人的な考えでお話を聞いたり、お話をしたりすることしかできませんが、テーマは何でも良いので、お話をして少しでもスッキリ出来たら良いなと思い、このレッスンを設定致しました。
ここが痛いからどうしたら良いかとか、私の本職でのお話でも、もちろんOKです。
