课程介绍
Lesson preperation: Please have a presentation that you have presented before with you. We will work through this presentation. If you have not presented in English before, then you are welcome to prepare a mock presentation in English for the lesson.
Lesson outline
1. Introduction [5] min.
2. I'd like to assess your level of English by asking a question: “Why are you learning English and what level of profiency are you expecting to reach by taking this lesson” [10] min.
3. Please describe a situation that you have experienced or are about to experience, where you need(ed) to, do a presentation to a group of colleagues, clients or senior executives. [5] min.
4. Please present this to me as best as you can. After completion, I will take you through your presentation and teach you the following; [10 min]
5. The correct, relevant and appropriate words to use. These can be the correct technical business terms as applicable to your field. The focus will be on teaching you the correct pronunciation, tonality, emphasis and context of each word and sentence structure per point presented. [20] min.
6. We'll wrap up our session with a few key learning moments and therefter I will share the planned agenda for our next lesson.
