Lesson Pack Details

- This is a lesson pack of 3 lessons in total. When you send the request for the first lesson, points for all 3 lessons will be deducted at once.
- Once the tutor confirms the first request, “100% OFF coupons” that can be used for the remaining 2 requests will be issued automatically.
- You can use these coupons to send requests for the remaining lessons.
- The validity period for this lesson pack is 90 days starting from the scheduled date and time of the first confirmed lesson.

Even if the first scheduled lesson is canceled, the already set validity period will not change.
You can check the lesson pack’s validity period on the Request > Lesson Pack page.

このコーチングは、作品から直感的に受け取った「言葉にならないイメージや感情」を大切にすくい上げ、あなただけの言葉へと丁寧に紡いでいく対話の時間です。

【なぜ「アート」を通すと、自然に言葉が生まれるのか？】

アートには正解がひとつしかないわけではありません。

正解を当てなきゃというプレッシャーから解放されると、素の自分に向き合うことができます。

コーチの問いかけ（ファシリテーション）に答えていくうちに、自分の言葉に導かれて、これまで気付かなかったものが見えてくるかもしれません。

こんな方におすすめです

  • アートや美しいものが好きで、自分の感じたことを言葉で表現してみたい方

  • 仕事や日常で「頭の中にあるイメージや本音を上手く言語化できない」と感じている方

  • エンジニア・デザイナーなど、非言語で考えることが多く、言語化の練習をしたい方

  • 「正解」を求められる日常から離れ、自分の感性をそのまま受け入れたい方

  • 話す「材料」があった方が話しやすいと感じる方

ワークの流れ（1回 55分）

予めお申込みの背景やご希望・関心についてメッセージで教えてください。

  1. 作品の鑑賞

    こちらで選定しておいた絵画や彫刻などのビジュアル作品を、一緒にゆったり鑑賞します。思いつくままにお話しください。

  2. 意識化

    コーチの問いかけを通じて、自分の感性を再発見する時間です。

  3. 「自分だけの言葉」への着地

    浮かんできた感覚を、しっくりくる言葉に変換します。

  4. まとめ　その日の気付きを自分の言葉にします。

コーチ紹介

長年、現代詩の翻訳や言葉の表現に携わり、「正解のない世界」で言葉と関わってまいりました。

予備知識は一切不要です。「言葉にならないモヤモヤ」や「直感」を安心してお話しください。

※３回のパック・セッションです。

Cancellation of pack lessons

• 'Unstarted' lesson packs(1) can be cancelled any time. Used Points will be completely refunded. If a 'started' lesson pack(2) is cancelled, you will be refunded 50% of the price of the remaining lessons provided that the lessons are unrequested, unconfirmed or not within 24 hours of their scheduled start times.
(1) A lesson pack for which none of the requests have been confirmed by the tutor.
(2) A lesson pack with at least one confirmed request. (By confirming the date and time for the first lesson in the pack the tutor confirms the pack as a whole and coupons are automatically issued)

Cancelling individual requests in a pack

• If you wish to cancel a single lesson that belongs to a pack but not the whole pack, you can do so via the request page. In this case, the coupon used to book the lesson will either be refunded or collected, based on the tutors single-lesson cancellation policy. Please note that any 50% partial refunds in the tutors single-lesson cancellation policy do not apply to lesson packs and the tutor may choose to either refund or collect the coupon in those cases.
