Learn about job hunting from successful applicants to five major companies!

課程介紹

During my university days, I received job offers (passed the exam) from five super-large companies.

Electronics manufacturers, consumer goods manufacturers, IT companies, retailers, human resources companies, etc.

Using my experience of receiving job offers from companies in various industries,

I will teach you the surefire way to succeed in job hunting!

<Job hunting system>

In Japan, new graduates are recruited in bulk, with applications accepted from March 1st each year, selection starting from June 1st, and all employees joining the company at once after graduation, but

most companies do not follow this rule and start selection much earlier. It is important to prepare, such as applying for internships and visiting alumni, one year before the start of job hunting.

<What you will learn in the lesson>

① Application form (resume)

Submitting an application form is a formal application to a company.

The most important thing is your motivation for applying,

so convey your enthusiasm and how you can contribute.

If you can't think of a reason for applying, let's think about it together.

Japanese companies expect international students to have a high level of Japanese language proficiency (N1 or above), so we will give you advice on Japanese characters and expressions.

② Interviews (group discussions, recruiter interviews, group interviews, individual interviews)

The interview is the most important part of job hunting.

If you practice, you will definitely be able to speak well during an interview.

Even if your Japanese is not sufficient, if you have a good appearance, a good personality, and are motivated,

you can get a job offer.

In Japan, there are a first interview, a second interview, and a final interview,

and different questions are asked at each interview.

Let's work together to create answers to the following questions.

・Self-introduction

・Self-promotion

・What you focused on as a student

・Reasons for applying/motivation for applying

・What you want to do in the future

・Why did you choose Japan as your study abroad destination

・Why do you want to work in Japan

・Difficulties in Japan

・How many years do you plan to work in Japan

・Reverse questions

We will conduct repeated mock interviews so that you can convey your motivation for applying and your strengths,

and give advice on what you did well and what you need to improve.

If you have time, please also read the PDF below.
