Lesson Pack Details

- This is a lesson pack of 5 lessons in total. When you send the request for the first lesson, points for all 5 lessons will be deducted at once.
- Once the tutor confirms the first request, “100% OFF coupons” that can be used for the remaining 4 requests will be issued automatically.
- You can use these coupons to send requests for the remaining lessons.
- The validity period for this lesson pack is 70 days starting from the scheduled date and time of the first confirmed lesson.

Even if the first scheduled lesson is canceled, the already set validity period will not change.

Enjoy Talking and Build Your Practical Japanese

This is a 25-minute free conversation lesson where we can talk at a relaxed pace about a topic of your choice.
Work, daily life, culture, travel, hobbies, or something you have been thinking about recently—any topic is welcome.

★No topic in mind? No problem!
I can suggest questions and conversation topics, so please feel free to join the lesson.


●Recommended for learners who:

  • Want more opportunities to speak Japanese
  • Often find themselves using the same vocabulary and expressions
  • Want to express their thoughts more naturally
  • Are curious about Japanese nuances and the sense of distance expressed through language
  • Want to expand their vocabulary and expressions for work and daily life
  • Want to enjoy conversation while also resolving their questions
  • Want to speak at their own pace, from beginner to advanced level


●Lesson content


While talking about a topic of your choice, I will provide support in the following areas whenever necessary.

  • More natural and easier-to-understand ways of expressing yourself
  • Useful vocabulary and expressions for conversation
  • Differences in nuance and the impressions created by particular words
  • How to organize your thoughts and communicate them clearly
  • Questions about Japanese culture and customs

Rather than interrupting the conversation to correct every small mistake, I focus on keeping the conversation enjoyable and natural while providing feedback on expressions that will be useful to you in future conversations.
We can also work together to organize your thoughts when discussing difficult topics or ideas that are hard to put into words.


●Feedback during and after the lesson

During the lesson, I will point out expressions that are helpful to correct immediately, as well as natural alternatives that you can use right away.

After the lesson, I will send you detailed feedback summarizing the vocabulary, expressions, and alternative ways of saying things that came up during our conversation.
When helpful, I will also include explanations such as:

  • Why a particular expression sounds more natural
  • What kinds of situations it can be used in
  • What impression it may give the listener
  • How it differs from similar expressions


You can review what we discussed after the lesson and use the feedback to help you use your newly learned expressions in your next conversation.

Cancellation of pack lessons

• 'Unstarted' lesson packs(1) can be cancelled any time. Used Points will be completely refunded. If a 'started' lesson pack(2) is cancelled, you will be refunded 50% of the price of the remaining lessons provided that the lessons are unrequested, unconfirmed or not within 24 hours of their scheduled start times.
(1) A lesson pack for which none of the requests have been confirmed by the tutor.
(2) A lesson pack with at least one confirmed request. (By confirming the date and time for the first lesson in the pack the tutor confirms the pack as a whole and coupons are automatically issued)

Cancelling individual requests in a pack

• If you wish to cancel a single lesson that belongs to a pack but not the whole pack, you can do so via the request page. In this case, the coupon used to book the lesson will either be refunded or collected, based on the tutors single-lesson cancellation policy. Please note that any 50% partial refunds in the tutors single-lesson cancellation policy do not apply to lesson packs and the tutor may choose to either refund or collect the coupon in those cases.
