This is a gentle, conversational lesson focused on you. Whether you’re facing stress, life changes, self-doubt, relationship challenges, or simply need someone to talk to—this session offers a space where you can speak openly and be heard without judgment.

As a qualified counsellor currently pursuing a BSc in Applied Psychology, I bring both professional knowledge and genuine empathy to our sessions. My approach is warm, person-centered, and focused on creating a safe, non-judgmental environment where you can explore your thoughts and emotions freely.

You’re welcome to bring any topic—from personal struggles and decision-making to simply needing someone who truly listens.
