課程介紹
This is a lesson discount package for reading a book club novel together. This pack is a set of 10 lessons.
I love reading novels! How about you? Do you like reading mysteries, classics, Romance and /or fantasy novels?
Let`s practise your English reading skill, learn new words, focus on pronunciation, discuss the topics of the chapters and book while we read my book club novels together!
PLEASE CONTACT ME for PDF list of the books I offer -- For detailed information on those books.
You can choose to do this lesson in two ways :
1. We read together in class and go through the book together, or
2. You read the chapter in advance, and then during class time you can ask your questions about phrases, words you didn`t understand, and we will discuss your opinion and thoughts on the chapter assignment.
Feedback will be provided at the end of the lesson. Below you will find a list of books good for different levels.
Trial lesson: I will send you the introduction section of the book you choose for this lesson, so you can make your decision about continuing the class before buying the book.
You will need to buy the book in English, it's available from Amazon.co.jp.
Books may be changed or added to select from throughout the year.
Please choose a book club book from the lists below:
Advanced novels: most of these books are for age 17 and older, though a few are listed for younger ages Please read the list carefully.

2. Little Women ( Classic )( age 14 and older )
3. The Immortal Rules ( age 17 and older )
4. Alice in Wonderland (Classic Fantasy novel) For age 12 and older
5. The Sun Down Motel ( Thriller/ Mystery)
6. Roomies ( Romance ) adult
7. Howl`s Moving Castle or Trilogy stories is also available ( books 1-3) for age 12 and older.
8. The little prince -- ( age 9-12)
9. Starling ( book1 ) -- ( age 13 and older)
10. The NeverEnding Story -- ( age 10 and older )
11. Chronicles of Narina ( all 7 books) -- (age 10 and older)
12. The Hunger Games ( Fantasy ) For age 16 and older -- books 2 and 3 also available.
13. The Cactus -- ( Adult ) General Fiction
14. Uncommon Grounds -- ( Mystery- Adult)
15. Anne of Green Gables ( Classic Canadian Novel) For age 12 and older ( further novels of the series could be continued, books 2 through 8.
16. A Wrinkle in Time ( Fantasy/SciFic ), also the book An Acceptable Time ( can be read as a stand-alone) for ages 12 and older
17. One Long Weekend --( adult ) - uses British English
18. Familiaris ( Adult ) Literary fiction - This is my favourite book -- but it is very long, around 1000 pages, which would be a long project.
