This is a safe, fun, and friendly introduction lesson for young learners who have never spoken English before. We will focus on simple words, easy greetings, and basic self-introductions using lots of visuals, gestures, and smiles!

  • Simple self-introduction (name, age, one favorite thing)
  • Basic words: colors, animals, or objects (depending on the child’s interest and comfort)
  • Simple yes/no responses with gestures

How I Teach
 
My lessons for young beginners are:
•Very visual and interactive (lots of pictures, toys, or flashcards)

What We’ll Do (30 mins)
 
  • Warm-up: Smile, wave, and simple hello/goodbye practice (5 mins)
  • Learn to say “My name is ___” with fun repetition and gestures (5 mins)
  • Practice numbers (1–5) or favorite color/animal words (5–10 mins)
  • Mini activity: Show & tell (student shows a favorite toy or drawing, says one word) (5 mins)
  • Goodbye song or chant to finish happily (5 mins)
