I will teach you how to use English for customer service and how to communicate professionally with clients.

I will teach you how to use English for customer service and how to communicate professionally with clients. We will role play a few different situations (for example, an angry client making a complaint, or a client following up on a project). I can also teach you how to write professional emails for customer service purposes and business communications.
This lesson is suitable for intermediate level students and higher.
