Description

In this final unit, you’ll learn how English rhythm works and how to use stress and intonation to sound more natural and confident. You’ll practice speaking in phrases, using pitch to show meaning, and connecting your words smoothly. The pack ends with a full assessment and personalized feedback.

This pack includes the following 4 lessons:

Lesson 13 - Word Stress
Learn which syllable to stress in longer words and how stress changes the sound of the word.

Lesson 14 - Sentence Stress and Rhythm
English has a natural “beat.” You’ll learn how to stress important words and reduce others to sound more fluent.

Lesson 15 - Pitch, Tone, and Fluency
Practice rising and falling intonation, speaking in natural phrases, and using common reductions like gonna or wanna to sound more natural.

Lesson 16 - Final Assessment and Feedback
A complete review of your progress, with personalized advice and a plan for continued improvement.

Please note: This course is designed to be taken in order. For the best results, please book the units in order (Unit 1 → Unit 2 → Unit 3 → Unit 4). Each unit builds on the skills from the previous one.

This tutor's cancellation policy

Cancellation of pack lessons

• 'Unstarted' lesson packs(1) can be cancelled any time. Used Points will be completely refunded. If a 'started' lesson pack(2) is cancelled, you will be refunded 50% of the price of the remaining lessons provided that the lessons are unrequested, unconfirmed or not within 24 hours of their scheduled start times.
(1) A lesson pack for which none of the requests have been confirmed by the tutor.
(2) A lesson pack with at least one confirmed request. (By confirming the date and time for the first lesson in the pack the tutor confirms the pack as a whole and coupons are automatically issued)

Cancelling individual requests in a pack

• If you wish to cancel a single lesson that belongs to a pack but not the whole pack, you can do so via the request page. In this case, the coupon used to book the lesson will either be refunded or collected, based on the tutors single-lesson cancellation policy. Please note that any 50% partial refunds in the tutors single-lesson cancellation policy do not apply to lesson packs and the tutor may choose to either refund or collect the coupon in those cases.

Before request is confirmed (fixed)

  • Cancellation possible at any time without charge.

After request is confirmed (fixed)

  • Less than 24hours before lesson start time.→ 100% of price charged.
  • No-Show→ 100% of price charged.
