As you advance in your Japanese language studies, everyone has their own goals.
Is it for travel, business, or just for fun?
Are you aiming to take the BJT exam?
I offer lessons that are uniquely possible through one-on-one online sessions.
Please let me know your goals and what you’d like to try during a “trial lesson” or “introductory lesson.”
This is a revamped version of the “とことん！上級者のための5回パック (Tokoton! 5-Lesson Pack for Advanced-level Learners),” which was one of my popular lessons back in December 2025. I highly recommend this lesson to those who have taken it before.
Important notice!
Upon completing each pack, I will issue a coupon (the discount rate is a surprise!) as a gesture of appreciation for your continued support. For repeating students, by using this discount, I will ensure that your lesson rate remains the same as it was before my lesson price adjustment.
Lesson example 1: Japanese News—Listen to (or read) the news each time to check your listening and reading comprehension skills. I’ll explain the terminology and background of the news stories.
We will focus on one or two news stories in each lesson.
→ You’ll be able to expand your vocabulary and learn to understand idioms used in business.
Lesson example 2: Have you ever noticed information boards commonly found at historical buildings in Japan? They’re helpful, but are often written only in Japanese, so it’s hard to understand what they mean. The kanji are difficult too, and even Google Lens can’t help (-_-;)

What was life like in Japan back then?
Let’s explore history “using Japanese” through questions like these.
Many of my students are already learning about Japanese history and culture using their own chosen materials (or websites I’ve found for them).
Lesson example 3: Gain the practical knowledge you need to work in Japan or conduct business with Japanese corporations.
The specific knowledge required varies by corporation and industry.
