90-minute Cooking Nick's Recipes (Sunday afternoons and evenings Only Please)
Allow me to teach you some recipes from 15 years of restaurant experience!

Hello everyone!
I love cooking, and I have been cooking in restaurants and hotels for over 15 years! The cooking techniques that I learned first were French, some Italian and many other cultures cuisines, which I now use to create "Fusion Cuisine". Mixing many different techniques together to create unique flavours and original dishes!
If you take this lesson, we will cook together in our own kitchens with our computers/tablets nearby so we can go through recipes, kitchen safety and cooking techniques step by step. So, together we will start your "Journey into the Culinary World!"
In our first lesson, I would start by teaching:
Our lesson plan would follow this schedule:
- 10 minutes - Kitchen safety
- 40-45 minutes - Recipe preparing/cooking together
- 5-10 minutes - Lesson review, tasting and feedback
After requesting the lesson, I will send you the ingredient list to prepare for the lesson. After the lesson is finished, I will send a full recipe.
This lesson is only available on Sunday evenings as it takes some time to prepare the materials and to have the kitchen space available. Please request a lesson at least 48 hours in advance.
As cooking involves the use of potentially dangerous utensils and procedures, please take care to not to injure yourself. I will give you instructions throughout to protect yourself during our lessons.
Though, neither Cafetalk nor myself can take responsibility for damages or personal injury which may occur as result this lesson.
With that in mind, please take your time in the kitchen! Safety first, quality second, speed last.

- Creamy, Spicy "Rose" Bolognese
- Rich, Bacon and Miso Macaroni and Cheese
- Homemade Bacon and Citrus (Yuzu or Orange) Salad dressing (bacon does not require a smoker as it will be "cured")
