Intermediate Workplace Greetings: Mastering Professional Conversations in a social setting in English

In many English-speaking countries, it's common for colleagues to ask each other about how they’re doing, their weekend plans, or activities they enjoy. However, not all topics or phrases are appropriate for the workplace.
Lesson Activity:
You’ll be presented with a list of common English greetings and phrases. Your task will be to read, repeat, and decide whether each phrase is suitable for a professional setting.
Role Play:
Next, we’ll engage in a role play where we’ll practice greeting each other and asking about our weekends. I’ll guide you with useful phrases and pronunciation tips to help you communicate clearly and confidently in a workplace setting.
This lesson will help you feel more comfortable in everyday conversations while ensuring you’re using the right language for work!
