Get ready to explore the world without leaving your seat! In this lesson, we’ll take a fun trip through different countries, learning about their food, culture, and people—all while improving your English skills. From looking at photos to watching a cooking video, you’ll practice speaking, listening, and reading in exciting ways!
Part 1: Photo Adventure
We’ll start by looking at some amazing photos from different places around the world. You’ll describe each one—what’s happening in the photo, where it might be, and how it makes you feel. After that, we’ll listen to a short audio clip connected to the photo, and you’ll answer a few questions about it. We’ll do this three times with different pictures, giving you a chance to practice describing and understanding details.
Part 2: Cooking Around the World
Next, you’ll watch a video of someone cooking a traditional dish from another country. After watching, you’ll describe the steps you saw, using your own words. This part will help you practice explaining actions and using cooking-related vocabulary. Who knows? You might even get inspired to try cooking something new!
Part 3: True or False Cultural Quiz
In this part, you’ll read a short description of a country’s culture and traditions. Then, you’ll answer a set of true or false questions to check your understanding. It’s a fun way to learn new cultural facts while practicing your reading and comprehension skills.
Part 4: Free Talking
Finally, we’ll finish with a relaxed conversation. You can share your thoughts about traveling, food, and culture, or talk about any country that interests you. This is a great opportunity to practice speaking freely and build your confidence in using English in everyday conversations.
By the end of this lesson, you’ll feel more comfortable talking about the world around you and using English to discuss different cultures. It’s an exciting way to learn and explore! 🌍
