Open English Cooking Conversation
Let's have a conversation about hotel and restaurant style cooking and recipes!
Description
Do you love cooking? Do you want to learn styles of cooking used in restaurants and hotels in Canada?
Take my lesson and we can have an English conversation about restaurant level recipes that you can try at home!
Throughout the lesson I will teach cooking styles, recipes and techniques
and also English cooking words and phrases!
We can talk about:
- Building recipes using my knowledge about many different styles of cooking from my experience working in hotel restaurants.
- Cooking with wood fire. I have 3 years of experience in a wood fire restaurant. I can tell you about the many different things we can cook in a wood fire oven.
- Weekly food preparation. If you have a busy work week and do not have the time to make a meal every day I can help you plan your weekly meal schedule.
- Conversations on my experiences in the restaurant industry. Many people wonder what it's actually like to work in a high class hotel restaurant. You can ask me questions about what it's really like!

*This is a cooking conversation lesson, not a live cooking lesson. I will not be cooking anything in this lesson.*
When trying my recipes and techniques at home please take care to protect yourself from injury as cooking involves the use of potentially dangerous utensils and procedures. I will give you instructions throughout to protect yourself during our lessons.
