Description
What We Will Do
-
This lesson is based on a news article about loud music on public transport: I will provide a link to the article before the lesson. You can read it beforehand to prepare, but it's not required, as we will go through the vocabulary together during our lesson. Please note, much of the vocabulary is associated with British English and regulations in the UK.
-
Learn Vocabulary: You will learn new words and phrases from the article such as 'public civility' and 'breach'.
-
Discussion: This will lead to a broader discussion about other types of noise, such as noisy neighbours or the noise of a city that never sleeps, and the psychological effects of noise.
This lesson will help you feel more confident when talking about your ideas and opinions in English.
