This lesson helps adult students understand why motivation tends to drop in Autumn and equips them with simple, practical strategies to stay focused and engaged. Through guided discussion, vocabulary practice, and reflection, students learn how to recognize their own motivational patterns and make small but powerful adjustments.
SKILLS COVERED:
Speaking (discussion + sharing personal experiences)
Listening ( guided prompts + teacher input)
Vocabulary development (motivation-related words)
Critical thinking and planning skills
LEARNING OUTCOMES:
By the end of the lesson, students will be able to:
