Kurspaket Inhalt

- This is a lesson pack of 3 lessons in total. When you send the request for the first lesson, points for all 3 lessons will be deducted at once.
- Once the tutor confirms the first request, “100% OFF coupons” that can be used for the remaining 2 requests will be issued automatically.
- You can use these coupons to send requests for the remaining lessons.
- The validity period for this lesson pack is 60 days starting from the scheduled date and time of the first confirmed lesson.

Even if the first scheduled lesson is canceled, the already set validity period will not change.

Do you feel like you need to talk about something in your life?

It could be a problem, a big decision you need to make, or a relationship or work situation.. I'm here to listen and help you to gain some perspective and insight into it.

I can also provide reassurance and support and show you ways to help cope with anxiety, stress and dissatisfaction in life.

Perhaps you'd like to talk about how you're feeling about your life, and the direction you're going in.. or maybe you're feeling stuck - let's spend some time exploring your feelings, ideas and options..

Well-being Therapy gives you a space to explore your thoughts & feelings with a supportive & understanding counsellor. 

3 sessions is enough time to tell your story fully and begin to have greater understanding of your situation. Many counselling programs suggest that six sessions are recommended to start to make some changes in your life or cope better with stressful situations. However, you may choose to reserve as few or as many sessions as you find most helpful for you.

If you're interested in a 20 minute FREE TRIAL session to meet me and explain your situation please see the single session option with trial. Please be aware that Cafetalk sessions of over 35 min can only be delivered by Skype.

If you are undergoing medical treatment, recuperating from an illness, have been diagnosed with mental health issues, or if you are pregnant, please consult with a medical professional before taking a lesson.

Cancellation of pack lessons

• 'Unstarted' lesson packs(1) can be cancelled any time. Used Points will be completely refunded. If a 'started' lesson pack(2) is cancelled, you will be refunded 50% of the price of the remaining lessons provided that the lessons are unrequested, unconfirmed or not within 24 hours of their scheduled start times.
(1) A lesson pack for which none of the requests have been confirmed by the tutor.
(2) A lesson pack with at least one confirmed request. (By confirming the date and time for the first lesson in the pack the tutor confirms the pack as a whole and coupons are automatically issued)

Cancelling individual requests in a pack

• If you wish to cancel a single lesson that belongs to a pack but not the whole pack, you can do so via the request page. In this case, the coupon used to book the lesson will either be refunded or collected, based on the tutors single-lesson cancellation policy. Please note that any 50% partial refunds in the tutors single-lesson cancellation policy do not apply to lesson packs and the tutor may choose to either refund or collect the coupon in those cases.
