Lesson Objectives:
- Understand the structure of a professional business email
(Greeting → Opening → Body → Closing → Sign-off) - Learn and apply useful phrases for common situations like:
- Making a request
- Responding to inquiries
- Apologizing or clarifying
- Confirming meetings or deadlines
Learn how to sound polite but not too indirect, professional but not too stiff. Practice writing and editing real email examples from your work or industry. Receive personalized feedback to avoid common errors and make your emails more concise and natural.
What We’ll Do in the Lesson:
- Analyze sample business emails (good vs. poor examples)
- Practice rewriting or completing short emails
- Learn vocabulary and grammar for email communication (e.g., polite requests, linking words)
- Do a short writing task (you’ll write or improve an email)
- Review your writing together with focused corrections and tips
