Hi! Welcome to my lessons on "The four pillars of happiness".
How to leave negative thoughts behind.
How to enjoy the simple moments. These are the kind of things we can all appreciate at the same level.
How to trust yourself and beleive in good things again.
How to build the life of your dreams starting from your present moment.

In this journey, we will start from your present moment, we will dive into the circumstances that you want to change.
We will focus on the difficulties implied and, using a communicational approach we will determine a series of steps you need to take in order to move on and control your destiny.
Methodology:
Jump onboard the 4 pillars of happiness with me.
Although each pillar works in cooperation with the others, we will focus all four, determine where the weaker points are and I will provide you with tips and suggestions that will help the wheel move in the best direction.
In the next sessions we will re-evaluate situations and choose to apply changes if needed.
Results we intend to obtain
As you will know yourself better, your self-confidence will grow, you will appreciate the connections in your life learning that you cannot control everything, you will accept you can fail sometimes. You will have the chance to align your thoughts and emotions to your internal self and that will lead you to a happier life!
