课程包取消规定

• 「未开始」的课程包⁽¹⁾随时可以取消。取消后点数将全额退还。
若欲取消「进行中」的课程包⁽²⁾，将退还剩馀课程的50％点数。

(1) 「未开始」係指课程包尚未经讲师确定。
(2) 「进行中」係指课程包中已有一堂课程经确定。（当讲师确定第一堂课程预约后，系统将自动發送课程包剩馀课程的优惠券供之后预约使用。）

取消单堂课程包课程

• 若欲取消单堂课程包课程而非整个课程包，请至该课程预约详细页面取消。取消费依讲师的一般课程取消政策而定，但「收取 50% 课程费用为取消费」将不适用。课程包优惠券仅可能返还或抵用。

The lesson materials she makes herself have many pictures and clear explanations, so they are easy to understand. She is patient and kind, which makes her a great teacher. She speaks Korean well, so she can understand questions in Korean and explain them clearly. I have taken more than 50 lessons with her, and she is always well prepared and teaches every class sincerely. I highly recommend her. Rina老師為人親切，教學也很專業！上課時有次第的引導和說明，加上多個情境的練習，讓我上課時記得了不少詞彙與語法，也更清楚怎麼運用。另外，聽說讀寫的能力都有次序的練習，我認為是一門適合扎實學習而且有意思的課程！非常推薦！
