Are you having busy workdays but want to keep working on your English skills?Step away from the stress for a bit and just chat!
We will start this session with a 3-minute mindful breathing exercise to reset your nervous system and let go of every-day-life stress. After that we will enjoy a 25-minute, zero-pressure English conversation completely tailored to your pace, level and personal needs.
This course is designed specifically for busy students and professionals, as well as adults with family who want to practice English and/or maintain their fluency without draining their remaining energy. Finish your session feeling recharged, not exhausted :)
