※レベルや職場（介護施設・病院など）に合わせて調整します
【レッスンの流れ】
最初に簡単な自己紹介をします。
今の職場や困っていることについて教えてください。
実際の仕事場面を想定して、よく使う日本語を一緒に練習します。
（例：声かけ、報告・連絡・相談、利用者さんへの説明など）
レッスン後には、使える表現や間違いやすいポイントをフィードバックします。

◇ 職場でよく使うフレーズや、練習したい場面があれば事前に教えてください
◇ レッスン中のカメラオフ可能です。予約時か開始前までに教えてください
◇ このレッスンは日本語のみで進めます。わからない言葉は何度でも質問してください

【Lesson Flow】
We will start with a short self-introduction.
Please tell me about your workplace and any difficulties you have.
We will practice Japanese used in real work situations, such as:
– Talking to patients or residents
– Reporting and consulting with coworkers
– Explaining care or procedures
After the lesson, I will send you feedback with useful expressions and corrections.
