Romania is a mythical land filled with ancient/virgin forests, high mountains inhabited by countless brown bears and wolves who roam even cities at times as well as a black-colored sea, hence its name. It's a place with giant snake way roads, medieval buildings and famous names long lost but not forgotten. One of the five romance language, you may just know a lot more Romanian than you actually think.
Believed to have been the only "debt-free" country in the world, it has been harshly ripped apart by wars and invaders throughout history, from the ancient Dacian people who faced off the famous Roman Empire and Dracula, who drove back the Ottoman Empire's hoards all the way to the 1989 revolution against communist dictator Ceausescu, Romania stood the test of time and offered the world true values.
