Do you often confuse Present Simple and Present Continuous? This lesson will help you understand the difference clearly and use both tenses correctly.

This is a grammar-focused lesson with clear explanations, structured practice, and speaking application.

What you will learn:

✅ Present Simple (I work)

  • Daily routines and habits

  • General facts

  • Timetables

✅ Present Continuous (I am working)

  • Actions happening now

  • Temporary situations

  • Changing situations

Grammar focus:

  • Sentence structure

    • Present Simple: Subject + base verb

    • Present Continuous: Subject + am/is/are + verb + -ing

  • Common signal words

    • Present Simple: always, usually, often

    • Present Continuous: now, at the moment, currently

  • Key differences

    • “I work every day” vs “I am working now”

Lesson structure:

  1. Warm-up (simple questions about daily routine)

  2. Clear grammar explanation with examples

  3. Controlled practice (gap-fill & sentence correction)
