Friendly, confidence building English lessons for upper elementary students. Conversation skills, study abroad preparation, and gentle Eiken support.
課程介紹
Many children study English for years but still feel unsure when they actually need to use it. My goal is to help students move from “lesson English” to real communication.
Elementary school students are one of my favorites. Kids at this stage are curious, quick to learn, and they love the feeling of accomplishment when they realize they can express themselves in English.
Many of my current Cafetalk students are elementary school children who...
- want to speak more naturally and confidently
- plan to study abroad in the future
- want to communicate with children their own age
- are beginning preparation for Eiken (starting with Grade 5)
What we do in the lesson
Lessons are designed to help students actively use English, not just answer questions.
Typical activities include
- fun conversation about the student’s daily life and interests
- vocabulary and expressions children actually use
- short listening and speaking challenges
- simple reading activities when appropriate
- gentle support for Eiken preparation
I create a relaxed and encouraging environment so students feel comfortable trying new words and ideas.
After each lesson
Parents will receive a feedback summary after each lesson, including...
- what the student did well
- new words or expressions learned
- suggestions for continued improvement
