Warm up : Show three pictures of people on social media. (5 min)
Ask students to describe the feelings that is portrayed in the pictures.

Ask eliciting questions on what could possibly have caused the feelings.
Presentation (using a Power Point presentation) (10 min)
What is a collocation?
Give examples - when two or more words are always used together.
Use it in a sentence.

1 Scramble game - students have to match the word to the meaning
2 Expressing opinions about social media - students have to make sentences starting with the following phrases:
- I tend to think that...
- From my point of view...
- One of the downsides is...
- On the plus side
3 Discussion - Fluency
Pick a number
