If you feel overwhelmed, without hope and lonely...  I'm here to listen to your problems, help you rise above them and find balance and hope.

We don't have to use video camera, if it makes you feel safe and comfortable.

My techniques are based in EMDR (eye movement disentitation) Therapy NLP ( Neuro Linguistic Programming) Breathwork and Yoga Nidra meditation techniques.

which are at the very vanguard of effective practices not only to reduce stress but to transform your life.

I also combine this techniques with my own human touch and approach , which sometimes can also simply be listening and sharing a word of wisdom.
