This course is designed for elementary-level learners who want to improve their ability to communicate in everyday situations. We will follow an appropriate textbook as the main guide while incorporating interactive activities to develop speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
1. Strengthening Basic Communication (Lessons 1–20)
Students will review and expand their knowledge of essential grammar and vocabulary. Topics will include introductions, talking about daily routines, describing people and places, and using common expressions in social interactions.
2. Everyday Situations & Practical Language (Lessons 21–40)
Lessons will focus on real-world communication, such as shopping, ordering food, asking for and giving directions, making appointments, and discussing common activities. Students will practice role-plays and structured dialogues to improve fluency.
3. Expanding Grammar & Descriptive Language (Lessons 41–60)
Students will build confidence in using different verb tenses, comparatives, and descriptive language. They will learn to describe past events, make future plans, and express preferences in more detail. Writing simple messages and emails will also be introduced.
4. Engaging in Longer Conversations (Lessons 61–80)
Lessons will focus on developing conversational skills, including asking for and giving advice, making polite requests, and expressing opinions. Grammar topics will include modals, conditionals, and sentence connectors to help students speak more naturally.
5. Improving Fluency & Confidence (Lessons 81–100)
The final lessons will focus on real-life conversations, discussions, and short storytelling activities. Students will work on listening comprehension, responding to longer dialogues, and practicing communication strategies to sound more fluent and confident.
