In this relaxed conversation lesson, students practise speaking English in a supportive, pressure-free environment focused on building real confidence. Through simple prompts, spontaneous speaking challenges, and guided discussion, learners train themselves to speak without overthinking or fear of mistakes. We explore common confidence blockers, learn practical techniques to stay calm while speaking, and practise speaking continuously to build fluency and ease. By the end of the session, students feel more comfortable expressing themselves, starting conversations, and staying confident even when they don’t know the perfect words.
