I will explain and teach you the use of the past continuous using examples used during the warm up to facilitate understanding and use a timeline.

Exercise
(5 min)
In pairs we will conduct a quick speaking activity to help you understand its use and practice pronunciation.

Reading comprehension
(10 min)
We will go through a text in the past to further practice and its use and ensure you feel confident to use it. 

Wrap up
(5 min)
We will use this time to clarify any doubts you may have and cover what has been taught in the lesson.

A written exercise (homework) will be given to consolidate the lesson. Free follow up will be provided for this.
