Come learn Chinese pinyin and tones with me!
Using pinyin, you can sound out any chinese word! 

Pinyin (拼音) is the official romanization system for Standard Mandarin, developed in the 1950s in China. It uses the Latin alphabet to represent Mandarin sounds which allows learners to read, type, and speak Chinese without needing to recognize thousands of characters right away.
Pinyin consists of consonants and vowels.

Tones (声调)

Mandarin is a tonal language, meaning that tone changes meaning. There are 4 tones:

  1. mā (high and steady)

  2. má (rising)

  3. mǎ (falling-rising)

  4. mà (falling)

Plus a neutral tone: ma

 ピンイン（拼音）は、1950年代に中国で開発された標準中国語の公式ローマ字表記システムです。ラテンアルファベットを用いて中国語の音を表すため、学習者は数千もの文字をすぐに理解することなく、中国語を読み、入力し、話すことができます。 ピンインは子音と母音で構成されています。
声調（声调） 中国語は声調言語であり、声調によって意味が変わります。
4つの声調があります。
mā（高く安定）
má（上昇）
mǎ（下降上昇）
mà（下降）
さらに中立声調があります。

ピンインが中国語学習の最良の味方となる理由は次のとおりです。 正確な発音：音を推測するのではなく、体系的に学習できます。 中国語の入力：現代の中国語の入力方法は、ピンインに大きく依存しています。 初心者に最適：生徒は文字を習得するずっと前から、簡単な文章を話したり読んだりできます。 効果的な練習ツール：ピンインは、リスニング、正確な発音、そしてスピーキングの自信をつけるのに役立ちます
