课程介绍

A practical English lesson for professionals who want to communicate more confidently in the workplace.

Depending on your needs, we can practice professional conversations, meetings, emails, presentations, customer interactions, explaining problems, giving updates, asking questions, and communicating with managers or colleagues.

Lessons can be customized around real workplace situations you experience. My goal is to help you communicate professionally while still sounding natural and comfortable.

讲师的取消政策

课程包取消规定

• 「未开始」的课程包⁽¹⁾随时可以取消。取消后点数将全额退还。
若欲取消「进行中」的课程包⁽²⁾，将退还剩馀课程的50％点数。

(1) 「未开始」係指课程包尚未经讲师确定。
(2) 「进行中」係指课程包中已有一堂课程经确定。（当讲师确定第一堂课程预约后，系统将自动發送课程包剩馀课程的优惠券供之后预约使用。）

取消单堂课程包课程

• 若欲取消单堂课程包课程而非整个课程包，请至该课程预约详细页面取消。取消费依讲师的一般课程取消政策而定，但「收取 50% 课程费用为取消费」将不适用。课程包优惠券仅可能返还或抵用。

此为自动确认课程。

若选择距离课程开始时间 30 天内的时间段，则课程预约将自动确认无需等候讲师确认。

除了课程包第一堂课程外皆适用自动确认功能。
自动确认课程不适用课程预约确认前的取消政策。

课程预约确定后

课程时间前 2 小时內→ 收取 50% 课程费用为取消费。
课程时间前 6～2 小时→ 收取 50% 课程费用为取消费。
缺席→ 收取 100% 课程费用为取消费。
