Hello, I am Manatee!
I offer coaching sessions that incorporate a counseling approach to "open your mind to your hidden potential and to the awareness of feelings,emotions that are usually kept deep inside you.
This session is for those who want to talk about what you want to talk about and what you want someone to listen to you. The session is short, so please feel free to apply.
By honestly speaking up and looking at your feelings, emotions and acknowledging their existence, a burden is lifted from your shoulders, you can let go of your fixation, and can have space and be relax. Please feel free to talk to me! I will listen closely.

In line with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Code of Ethics, you can be assured that nothing discussed in a session will be divulged to anyone without your permission.
About me
I am an IT engineer, project manager and coach. I am currently managing an IT team at a non-profit organization and also work as a coach.
Through my own experiences of project management and team management success and failures, I realized and have practiced the importance of coaching to unlock the potential of individuals and teams, and to break individual fixations.
I can also coach in English.
I have an MBA from the Graduate School of Management, Globis University.
My hobby is travelling. I love travelling, especially to Asia to enjoy food!
I have been a supporter of the Kashima Antlers J league football team for 20 years!
