- This is a lesson pack of 12 lessons in total. When you send the request for the first lesson, points for all 12 lessons will be deducted at once.
- Once the tutor confirms the first request, “100% OFF coupons” that can be used for the remaining 11 requests will be issued automatically.
- You can use these coupons to send requests for the remaining lessons.
- The validity period for this lesson pack is 45 days starting from the scheduled date and time of the first confirmed lesson.

Even if the first scheduled lesson is canceled, the already set validity period will not change.
You can check the lesson pack’s validity period on the Request > Lesson Pack page.

初級1より更に文法や語彙を増やしていきましょう(^^)

＊25分×12回セットのコースです。(使用例：週に2回、50分×6回など♪)

・説明は日本人講師がすべて日本語で行いますのでご安心ください。

・お一人お一人に合わせたスピードでレッスンを行いますので
しっかりと理解ができます。

・カメラON/OFFは自由に選択可能で、学習者様に合わせてご対応させていただきます。
（学習者様がカメラOFFなら講師もカメラOFF、学習者様がカメラONなら講師もカメラON）

・レッスンは学習者様と同じテキストを画面共有しながら行いますので
とてもわかりやすいです。

・筆記用具、ノート、テキスト「できる韓国語 初級2」をご用意ください。

・テキストをお持ちでない方は、初回のみこちらでご用意いたします。
2回目以降のレッスンからテキストのご用意をお願いいたします。
（書店やネットで購入可能）

・途中の課からスタートしたい方は事前にご相談ください。

・検定をご検討中の方はお気軽にご相談ください。

・1日に複数回のレッスンをご受講いただいても構いません。
(25分×2→50分レッスン、25分×3→75分レッスン)

・1回レッスン・お得な4回・8回セットもご用意しております。
(パックが途中であまってしまった場合は、初中級ブリッジのレッスンに移行可能）

・レッスンの録画・録音はご遠慮ください。

Cancellation of pack lessons

• 'Unstarted' lesson packs(1) can be cancelled any time. Used Points will be completely refunded. If a 'started' lesson pack(2) is cancelled, you will be refunded 50% of the price of the remaining lessons provided that the lessons are unrequested, unconfirmed or not within 24 hours of their scheduled start times.
(1) A lesson pack for which none of the requests have been confirmed by the tutor.
(2) A lesson pack with at least one confirmed request. (By confirming the date and time for the first lesson in the pack the tutor confirms the pack as a whole and coupons are automatically issued)

Cancelling individual requests in a pack

• If you wish to cancel a single lesson that belongs to a pack but not the whole pack, you can do so via the request page. In this case, the coupon used to book the lesson will either be refunded or collected, based on the tutors single-lesson cancellation policy. Please note that any 50% partial refunds in the tutors single-lesson cancellation policy do not apply to lesson packs and the tutor may choose to either refund or collect the coupon in those cases.

Before request is confirmed (fixed)

  • Cancellation possible at any time without charge.

After request is confirmed (fixed)

  • Less than 12hours before lesson start time.→ 100% of price charged.
  • No-Show→ 100% of price charged.
