～エッセンシャルダイアリー誕生秘話～
ごく一般的にストレスを感じやすく、感情的にもなりやすく、
上がったら上がりっぱなし・下がったら下がりっぱなしで
時間が解決するのを待つしかなかった筆者が、どん底まで落ちた時に心から求めたことは
「どうしたら満足のいく人生を生きられるか？」の答え。
満足のいく人生を生きるには「自分をもっと好きになる」必要がありました。
筆者にとって「自分をもっと好きになる」ための要素の一つとして
「感情をコントロールできる自分」になるという大きな課題がありました。
そこで、「どうしたら自分の感情をコントロールできるか？」ということを
常に意識して生きていった結果たくさんのスキルをトライ＆エラーし
「自分が大好きになり、自分の人生を自分でコントロール」できるようになったのです。
さらにそれだけでなく、何が起きるか未知の未来に対しても、自分を信じて前に進む力がついている、つまり「何が起きても怖くないワタシ」になれていることにも気づきました。
これは、私だけでなく、だれにとっても「生きる力」になるに違いないと確信したので
今般、これらの個々のスキルを改めて体系化し販売する運びとなりました 。
