Description
It's important to take breaks and allow your body to relax and release accumulated stress. This session is comprised of gentle stretches, breathwork and restorative yoga poses using props. Whether you're a beginner or advanced, you'll find this practice helps you let go and heal. Even those (especially those) with physical limitations or current injuries can benefit. Together we'll tailor it toward your body's needs.
If you are undergoing medical treatment, recuperating from an illness or injury, having any physical limitations, discomfort, or if you are pregnant, please consult with a medical professional before submitting a lesson request.
If you have any concerns about the exercises you wish to participate in, we also recommend that you consult with your physician prior to the lesson.

- Less than 3hours before lesson start time.→ 100% of price charged.
- Between 3-12hours before lesson start time.→ 50% of price charged.
- No-Show→ 100% of price charged.
