講師は長年日本の旅行、ホテル、コールセンター等のサービス系の会社で働いてきました。特に人間関係をよくするため、やわらかい言い方、感じのいい言い方をお伝えしています。
カメラなしで、気軽に相談できるように作ったレッスンです。
