Lesson Pack Details

- This is a lesson pack of 5 lessons in total. When you send the request for the first lesson, points for all 5 lessons will be deducted at once.
- Once the tutor confirms the first request, “100% OFF coupons” that can be used for the remaining 4 requests will be issued automatically.
- You can use these coupons to send requests for the remaining lessons.
- The validity period for this lesson pack is 5 days starting from the scheduled date and time of the first confirmed lesson.

Even if the first scheduled lesson is canceled, the already set validity period will not change.

This is a longer class that fits your needs. A Personalized Mastery Class that can be applied to your dream job, This class is only for cafe talk students who already purchased the Getting to Know You Lesson Class, This Class will soley base on who you are as a student and as a person to create a more relaxing pace of learning with a 5min break for snacks and bathroom breaks, this class will focus on what you enjoy learning and master it to the fullest, this class is great for professionals and students who has a competitive drive to master areas of the english language like reading out loud ( can be use for skills like Hosting, Voice Acting, Reading Teleprompters, Singing, Video Captions and even Script reading )  proper conversations this will teach you how to do proper conversations for business purposes, for students this will serve as an introductory for the corporate world and for professionals we will evalute what you lack and what you can gain, this is only an example so you as a student can get an overview what the class would be like so you can evalute if this class is for you.

Cafetalk's cancellation policy

Cancellation of pack lessons

• 'Unstarted' lesson packs(1) can be cancelled any time. Used Points will be completely refunded. If a 'started' lesson pack(2) is cancelled, you will be refunded 50% of the price of the remaining lessons provided that the lessons are unrequested, unconfirmed or not within 24 hours of their scheduled start times.
(1) A lesson pack for which none of the requests have been confirmed by the tutor.
(2) A lesson pack with at least one confirmed request. (By confirming the date and time for the first lesson in the pack the tutor confirms the pack as a whole and coupons are automatically issued)

Cancelling individual requests in a pack

• If you wish to cancel a single lesson that belongs to a pack but not the whole pack, you can do so via the request page. In this case, the coupon used to book the lesson will either be refunded or collected, based on the tutors single-lesson cancellation policy. Please note that any 50% partial refunds in the tutors single-lesson cancellation policy do not apply to lesson packs and the tutor may choose to either refund or collect the coupon in those cases.

Before request is confirmed (fixed)

  • Cancellation possible at any time without charge.

After request is confirmed (fixed)

  • More than 24 hours before lesson start time.→ Cancellation is possible at any time.
  • Less than 24 hours before lesson start time.→ The tutor may take a cancellation fee.
  • No-Show→ The tutor may take a cancellation fee.
