一から始めるバレエではバレエが全くはじめての方、昔習っていたけど長いブランクの後もう一度はじめたいけど、バレエスタジオで沢山の生徒さんとやる自信がない方、バレエスタジオではなかなかできないプライベートバレエレッスンを行います！
ゆっくりバレエの基本的な動きを学ぶレッスンです！
最初はマットを使い軽いストレッチから始めて、バーレッスンを中心にレッスンを行いたいと思います！
自宅でも出来るバレエレッスンとなります！
是非一応トライアルレッスンにチャレンジしてみてください！
