🌱 About This Lesson

Do you sometimes know English, but don’t know what to say when a conversation starts?

Maybe you can answer questions, but starting a conversation feels difficult. Or perhaps you’re not sure how to keep a conversation going after saying “Hi.”

In this lesson, we’ll practice simple, natural English for everyday conversations so you can feel more comfortable and confident communicating in real-life situations.

You’ll practice how to:

• Start a simple conversation
• Say hello and introduce yourself
• Ask easy, natural questions
• Talk about yourself and your interests
• Ask follow-up questions
• Keep a conversation going
• Change the topic smoothly
• End a conversation politely
• Ask someone to repeat or explain something

We can practice conversations you might have in your daily life, such as:

☕ Talking to someone at a café
👋 Meeting someone for the first time
🏫 Talking to classmates or teachers
💼 Chatting with coworkers
🛍️ Talking while shopping
🚆 Talking to someone while traveling
🍽️ Having a casual conversation at a restaurant
…and many other everyday situations!

At the beginning of the session, I’ll ask you which situations you’d like to practice and what kind of conversations you find difficult.

We can then personalize the lesson around your needs, level, interests, and real-life situations so that you practice English you can actually use.

You don’t have to follow a fixed lesson plan — we can focus on what is most useful for you.
