・合計4回のパックレッスンです。初回のレッスンリクエスト送信時に、4回分のポイントがまとめて消費されます。
・講師が初回リクエストを「確定」すると、残り3回の予約に使える「100%OFFクーポン」が自動発行されます。
・クーポンを使って残り回数のレッスンリクエストを送信することができます。
・このパックレッスンの受講期限は、最初に確定した1回目のレッスン予定日時から90日間です。

1回目の予定日時がキャンセルされた場合も、すでに設定された受講期限は変わりません。
レッスンパックの受講期間は、リクエスト＞レッスンパック ページで確認できます。

With 20 years of experience as a certified instructor, I am here to guide you step-by-step. Let's unlock your potential and make Japanese your lifetime skill!

・First 10 mins (Coaching)
For the first lesson: We will discuss what you want from this course and map out your overall goals.
From the second lesson onward: We will check your weekly progress, set today's target, and clear any anxieties you have about living in Japan.

・Next 30 mins (Lesson): Dive into the textbook to master real-world Japanese and core grammar.

・Last 5 mins (Coaching): Reflect on what you learned and set a small, actionable plan for the week.

＊Currently, the course supports 'Irodori' and 'Minna no Nihongo' as standard textbooks.

Lessons can be conducted in English or French! 
Please don't worry if you are a complete beginner. I am happy to support you and explain grammar in English or French whenever you need help. Let's enjoy learning together at your own pace!

レッスンパック全体のキャンセルについて

• 「未開始」のパック(1) はいつでもキャンセルが可能です。キャンセルされた場合、ポイントは全額返却されます。
「開始済み」のパック(2)は、キャンセルすると、残レッスンの50％相当ポイントが返却されます。
※1 初回を含めて1度も確定されていないレッスンパックは「未開始」と表示されます。
※2 レッスンパックの初回リクエストが確定されると「開始済み」となり、次回以降のリクエストを行うためのクーポンが自動発行されます。

パックに含まれる個別のリクエストのキャンセルについて

• パック全てではなく、パックに属する一つのリクエストのみキャンセルされたい場合は、通常のリクエストと同様、リクエスト詳細ページから可能です。その場合、講師の単発レッスンのキャンセルポリシーに従い、リクエスト時に使用されたクーポンが返却、もしくは消費されます。講師による単発レッスンのキャンセルポリシーで定められている50％の一部返金については、レッスンパックには適用されず、講師がクーポンの返却、もしくはクーポンの消費のいずれかを選択できます。予めご了承ください。

  • いつでも無料キャンセル可能。

リクエスト確定後

  • レッスン開始時刻の24時間以上前→ いつでもキャンセル可能。
  • レッスン開始時刻の24時間未満→ キャンセル料がかかる場合があります。
  • レッスンに現れなかった場合→ キャンセル料がかかる場合があります。
