Would you like to try ChatGPT in Japanese? In this lesson, we create simple and stylish icons using a free ChatGPT account (about 4 images per day). You will receive two prompts, and I can also create your icon using my paid version.

Description

Have you ever used ChatGPT?
 
I work as a freelancer,
and now ChatGPT has become an essential tool for my work.
Actually, I started using ChatGPT after trying to create the popular “Ghibli-style illustrations.”
 
“I’m interested, but I don’t really understand it.”
“I’m not sure what I can use it for.”
If that sounds like you, why not start by creating an icon?
 
In this lesson, we will use ChatGPT to create
two types of illustration icons: Minimal Style and Line Art.
If you feel unsure about the tool, it’s perfectly fine to simply watch the process through screen sharing at first.
 
After creating the two icons,
we will try adding extra instructions such as
“Make it watercolor style” or “Make it an illustration doing ~,”
and see how the image changes.
 
You will also learn how to give instructions to AI so that the result becomes closer to your image,
as well as the basics of ChatGPT, including how to write prompts (instructions for AI).
 
After the lesson, I will share the prompts (instruction texts) used to create the icons,
so you can create them again on your own later.
 
【About the photos】
 
On my screen, I will use sample photos to demonstrate the process.
If you would like to create your own icon, please prepare a photo.
 
If you send me the photo before or during the lesson, I can also create the icon for you using my paid version of ChatGPT and send it to you.
 
You can use your own photo, or photos of your pet or child.
Photos with backgrounds or full-body photos can also be used.
Even if multiple people appear in the photo, you can specify the person and create an icon of just one person.
Example: “Only the woman on the right in the front.”
 
【About the ChatGPT account】
 
You need to log in to ChatGPT to generate images.
Please create a free account before the lesson.
 
The free version allows about four image generations per day.
The paid version can generate illustrations with more detailed and refined nuances.
 
English support is also available.
