「いい声を出すには腹式呼吸でお腹からしっかり声を出しましょう」

・ウォーミングアップ　
　歌はスポーツと同じように全身を使うので、軽くストレッチをします

・腹式で声を出す
　はじめのうちは難しいですが、ゆっくり丁寧に行えば必ずできますのでいっしょにやっていきましょう
　　
　
・歌いたい曲がある方はそれを課題曲として、腹式で歌う練習をします
　希望がない場合はこちらからご提案させていただきます
