This course is suitable for all levels of English learners.
It is for those who don't know how to read the English phonetic chart and want to improve their English pronunciation.
The phonetic chart is the "sound of the English language." It consists of symbols that correspond to each sound.
Each word in the language has its alphabet spelling (like the word Thursday) and its equivalent spelling in "script" (like /θɜrz·deɪ/) which shows you exactly what that word "sounds" like.
In other words, if you can read the phonetic scripts, you can read any English word with the correct pronunciation.

- You will also learn different speech features such as word stress, intonations, and connected speech, which will improve both your listening and your speaking skills.
- Additionally, I will assess your pronunciation in our first lesson, and let you know about your weak points, so we can work on improving them in the following sessions.
