After 17 years in management roles at Philip Morris International and Glovo, I've seen exactly where strong professionals lose ground — not because of ability, but because of how they communicate under pressure. This 25-minute consultation is where we fix that, starting with a clear picture of where you are and where you need to go.
In this session we will:
- Identify your bottlenecks — We pinpoint the specific communication gaps holding you back in your current role, whether that's meetings, negotiations, presentations, or difficult conversations
- Assess your Executive Presence — We look honestly at how you come across in professional settings and what needs to shift
- Build your roadmap — We create a personalized learning path tailored to your industry, your role, and your career goals
This is not a standard English lesson. It's a strategic intake session designed to make every lesson after it more focused, more relevant, and more effective.
