IELTS Academic Writing Prep
I will help prepare you to achieve a high score when completing Task 1 and 2 of the Academic Writing portion of the IELTS test.
Description
The academic writing portion of the IELTS is split into two parts. Each part requires it's own strategy to successfully achieve a high grade (7-9).
For Task 1 you will learn to:
* simplify data
* explain changes over time
* give detailed explanations
* use a wide range of academic vocabulary
* describe the various stages of a process
For Task 2 you will learn to:
* justify your opinion
* use your imagination to create solutions to problems
* compare differing ideas and viewpoints
* draw on your experiences to support your ideas/arguments
We will work through these learning objectives using original material I have created, supplemented with official IELTS resources.
You can also expect lots of writing practice using example writing prompts and questions. I will give detailed feedback and tailor the lessons to your english experience and personal goals.
