When it comes to self-care, one of the most accessible and enjoyable things we can explore is skincare. Skincare is subjective but at the same time is therapeutic. So, in this lesson we would be exploring about different skincare trends, jargons, phrases, methods, routines and what not :) I would love to hear about your approach to skincare as well. Being a south Indian, I would love to talk about the traditional methods that I've aquired so far.
