Properly Making Professional and Personal Phone Calls in English
Description
This lesson aims at providing students with the correct strucutre, expressions and grammar to properly manage making and receiving phone calls.
Particularly, the lesson explores the difference in answering and making calls, clarifying information correctly, providing data clearly and keeping the conversation on track.
Through the use of linking words and phrases, reasons for calling spelling clarification, usueful expressions, ways of putting on hold and polite language usuage; the students will gain a better understanding on how to properly transmit and note information discussed in phone calls.
Introduction/body/conclusion format-Keeping the main point as focus- KISS (Keep it short and simple) explained.
